DCM4CHEE
DCM4CHEE is a medical image manager (PACS) compliant with IHE standards. Its main responsability is to provide standard query and retrieve services from medical studies stored on DICOM format
It is an Open Source project distributed under license MPL/GPL/LGPL similar to Mozilla. DCM4CHEE is used by many medical institutions all over the world.
